No, this is a game: magical unicorns (well, or other heroes) will interbreed and give birth to new unicorns (or robots) with unique body parts (or weapons). The player will then be able to sell them for game currency, which can be exchanged for regular, fiat money, or used in other games. The game currency must first be bought, however. Having said that, we might have doubts in the viability of the game's bussiness model, but it does not make the game a scam. Investors can judge that for themselves. What we can be sure in is that Mr. Fraser was wrong to pay Mr. Ritossa for access to sheilks and whales, in an attempt to raise money for the development of his game. It is a very bad bang for the buck.
